Local Charity Tie-in Program
_There is no I in team, but there is a U in Volunteer, and we need you! We are committed to supporting local charities, school teams/clubs, and community organizations which help us host our races through our local charity tie-in program.
About the Program
In order to be considered, we require your organization to partner with us and commit to providing a minimum of 10 volunteers to assist at the event. Volunteer duties vary and include but are not limited to: water/aid station support, participant check-in/packet pickup, race course monitoring, pre race set up and post race breakdown.
The charity or team will also be able to promote their cause or goals at the race through tents, signage, enthusiasm and spirit. Your organization will receive a donation of $10 for each volunteer provided.
Non-profits and charity organizations will be required to provide us with a copy of their 501©3 status. Minimum volunteer age is 12; volunteers between the ages of 12 -14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Volunteers between the ages of 12 -18, must have parent or guardian approval.
